Necessary of Exercise which will make you positive.


Exercise is so important that may change our lifestyle but, for some reason still now lots of people just avoid it.I am going to tell you the different person with different thought.       
1) It's a waste of time.
2) Focusing on job is always a better option.
3) Some may thought that  he is not capable to do that.
4) Financially  not possible.
5) want to do but laziness captured.

Now we can see that this type of issue's are responsible for not to doing workout. So I think that I will solve these issues or error. Lets start....

Necessity :
First of all we must understand its necessities!. see In this
modern world people are not at all fit, starting from food habit to complete lifestyle we are just ruined ourselves. We may income lot's of money but after some year our health is  going to so weak that we are unable to move properly. Interesting thing is, for that we are going to depression and after that our behavioural approach also changed and then for maintaining that we need medicine. I just took simple example. Now if we go through regular exercise, (may be for 30 minutes only) our mantel and physical strength is going to help for focusing in our work or study and also it's increase our immune system so in future we can enjoy our life normally.

Which types of exercise we choose?

Lot's of options are there for Exercise like Yoga, Heavyweight, Zumba, Martial Arts or any other... its totally upon you. Only one thing we must need. That is  'DETERMINATION'. It's just like our morning brush. maintain the regularity and that's it.

Simply, one thing  you people understand that  you must make  Exercise is a part of your lifestyle. Then only you will be able to make yourselves healthy.

5 Yogasana with benefits and caution, which change your lifestyle

In this busy world ,we are so busy that we have no time for ourselves. Workload is so high that we are mentally and physically  broken.We should understand that If we are unable to make ourselves healthy mentally and physically then after some years we are not capable to work properly. To prevent that we must go through workout.It may heavyweight or yoga or anything. Today I am going to write about YOGA.

In INDIA,YOGA is practiced from pre Vedic  period even In the time of Indas Valley C wwwivilization it was practiced hugely.Topic of Yoga is  mentioned in  RIG VEDA and UPANISHAD also.Swami Vivekananda introduced Yoga in west. Now a days all over the world, Yoga is a part of lifestyle. With that we may understand that how much good is YOGA in our daily life.

Today I just pic 5 numbers of yogasana, which will definitely help you to mantain your body strong.

BHUJANGASANA :  BHUJANGA means snake. In this asana,the body is raised like the hood of a snake.


Benefits:   ∆ This asana is best for stress management.
                  ∆ It reduces abdominal fat and alleviates constipation.
                  ∆ It also helps to remove backache and bronchial problems

Caution:  ∆Those who have undergone abdominal surgery should avoid this asana for 3 -4 months.
                 ∆ Those who suffer from hernia, ulcers should not practice this asana.

SETUBANDHASANA :  It means formation of bridge. In this posture, the body is positioned like a bridge.

Benefits :   ∆ Relieves depression and anxiety and strengthens lower back muscles.
                    ∆ Stretches abdominal organs, improves digestion and helps to relieve constipation.

Caution :    ∆  People suffering from ulcers, hernia and pregnant women should avoid this asana.

CHAKRASANA :  It means formation of chakra or wheel.


Benefits:   ∆ This asana strengthen muscles in the back and calves.
                   ∆It also relives tension and stress in the people who sits for long time.

                   ∆Increase lung capacity
                   ∆strengthens the arms, shoulders and wrist.
                   ∆ Tones the abdorminal region

caution:     ∆ High blood pressure patients avoid this asana
                   ∆ any type of surgery or pain if present in hand or wrist, avoid this asana

ARDHA MATSYENDRASANA :  It means Half  Lord of fishes pose.


Benefits:    ∆ Stimulates the liver and kidneys
                   ∆Stretches the shoulders, hips and neck
                   ∆ Energizes the spine
                   ∆ Stimulates the digestive fire in the belly

caution:     ∆ should be avoided during pregnancy and menstruation.

                    ∆ People with Heart, abdominal or brain surgeries should not practice this asana

BAKASANA:    Bakasana is also called Crane pose.


Benefits:    ∆ Its a balancing posture, which builds strength of arms, wrist, joints.
                    ∆ It also gives strength to your abdominal.

caution:      ∆ patient of tunnel syndrome  avoid this asana
                    ∆ petient of High Blood Pressure avoid this asana

***Its advance posture is called EKA PADA BAKASANA.

SIRSASANA : its also called Head Stand. Its a little bit tuff thats why I will show you the technics of it.





Benefits:      ∆ Helps with varicose veins and piles. 

                      ∆Optimize verious sensory perception.
                      ∆Cutting down hair lose.
                      ∆Helps enhance the natural detox process.
                      ∆It also helps in diabetes.

caution:        ∆ During menstrual cycles, women should avoid this asana
                      ∆ Blood pressure patient should avoid it.

Before these asana you must go through streching and after asana go for pranayam.

Compare Whey Protein Concentrate with Isolate and Hydrolisates

WHEY PROTEIN is a very commonly known supplement for Everyone.My today's topic is this,because I think people may curious about Whey.I am also going to describe its supremacy among all supplements .

WHEY HYDROLISATE : In Hydrolisate up to 99 % protein is present.After the filtration of Isolate It is come out.Allergic components also removed in this process so mainly baby food's are made up with Hydrolisate. But at  muscle protein synthesis same results are come out like Concentrate, or Isolate.
Now with this analysis we can understand that concentrate is always better option. Even  at the time of price also,  If the price of Concentrate is 4000 then the price of Isolate is up to 6000 and the price of Hydrolisates is 7 or 8000. That much fast absorption we didn't want, thats why you go for concentrate or Isolate (if lactose intolerance) otherwise no need to take Hydrolisates.Its only marketing nothing else. I always prefer concentrate because its develop our immune.

Write a career as a physical training instructor

Lots of people wants to be a  Physical Training Instructor or Physical Trainer but they are worry about the future. They are confused  and always think that is it a right career or not!, How much they earn from this! like that.
So today I am going to write about this matter and try to solve everyone's query.

First of all one think we must understand that fitness model, bodybuilding and Physical Trainer are not same. As a Physical Trainer you must learn about the all aspects of Human Anatomy. Side by side you also know about Nutrition as well as Physio Therapy. It is not like starting a Gym with little knowledge and called yourself Physical Trainer.
After Bachelor Degree and Masters  you may call yourselves Physical Trainer. But If you already done that with other subjects then not to worry just go for CERTIFICATION courses from good Organization like ACE. After all this, you are ready to make your career . Now the question is on your mind that in which field you are going to join!. I will give you some ideas so lets start.

GYM TRAINER   With the proper Certification you may join any gym Internationally. They pick you and give you high salary.In INDIA like country ,day by day Gym culture is increasing but Certified Trainer is not present at every gym so its a great opportunity for you and with that you may trained personally also.If you are hired by established gym,there you find commission based system. Some times they paid you up to 40%.So it's a definitely good deal.

SPORTS TEAM      If you are not satisfied with your income then join sports team. They need a good Physical Trainer and if your degree is about sports and nutrition, they will picked you. And of course after that your income is just double. even you may join as a assistant also.

GYM OWNER      If you don't want to work with others just go for your OWN GYM. Its a great choice because you don't need any trainer.Lots of people are doing that. As a trainer you know your clients requirements and when they noticed that you know about what they want, they didn't leave you. After that your clients number also increased.
Well after point to point analysis I think you people who are interested about this profession are definitely happy and understand that your career is bright.

What is the major benefit of gym workouts compared to home exercise?

I am going to write about this topic because of its importance. See lots of people arguing about this matter so I think it's important to clarify.
Lots of matter are present which show that Gym workout is beneficial compared to home exercise. I am going to explain all that thing point to point.

MASS INVOLVEMENT      At home, we are doing our exercise alone so when you are starting your exercise, may be some day  with full energy you are doing that but after some day you will feel bored.on the other hand at Gym we see mass involvement which is very much important for exercise. one environment is created in Gym which one next to impossible at home. also you find moral support from others which is very much important for exercise.
I give you one example- If you are lifting heavyweight at home ,your confidence level is low for lack of support and for that you are not capable to cross your limit. But at gym you are not alone so you are always ready to cross your limits.

TRAINER        One of the most important part of Gym is Trainer, which is not possible at Home.
Everyone's goal is not same. someone wants mass, some one ripped or some other. Trainer according to that mantain routine, nutrition and of course change your lifestyle also. At the time of other exercise also same thing happening like Yoga,

I am here to suggest and make your routine, but without understanding body structure or diseases or nutrition style,how I make that. you people comment and contact with me.I am definitely going to solve ur problems free of cost. EQUIPMENTS      Another important part of Gym is Equipments,
which is not possible in  our home. To achieve our goals we must need equipments otherwise its take much time . At the time of old School also, they used large number of equipments with different types of weight. At home we may buy limited weights or barbell, maximum we can go for small equipments.But at gym just giving a monthly fees and one time membership fees, after that we are able to use various types of Equipments.

COMPETITION       If you are connected with gym, you are always aware about various types of competition and when you are compete with others, your determination level also increased. This thing's are only possible if you are connected with Gym. otherwise how you know that your body is suitable for which types of competition.

Does Green Coffee help with weight loss or it is just a myth?

Green Coffee! yes Now a days it's a known name for everyone. I choose this topic for the fake fact which is surrounding it and as well as us.

I am not going to explain the goodness of It because yes it is very much good for health. In Green Coffee Chlorogenic Acid  is highly present which is good for lower blood sugar and also reduced insulin spikes by reducing carbohydrate absorption in the digestive tract. Simply if we explain, without roasting which coffee bean we get, that one we called Green Coffee.

Now a days Green coffee is hugely use as a Fat Burner supplement which is totally myth. Not a single research prove it. In 2002 one Fench company first time focused Green coffee as a supplement. In 2012 Dr.Lindsey Duncan claimed that it is a fat burner but when his research was failed, Federal Trade Commission of America Fine against him 9 million Dollars. Now the question is, if this is not working then why lots of good supplement company sale it!. Answer is very simple that it's all about profit. They didn't bother about your health, they just collecting money nothing else.Even leading site examine.com also told that it is not proved about fat burner.Like maximum supplement it is also fake as a fat burner but yes you may use it as a anti oxidant. If I suggest , take roasted coffee which is cheaper than Green coffee with same benefit.

How much dangerous is COVID 19 or CORONA viras!!

In today's world 'CORONA' name is sufficient for spreading terror but is it that much dangerous!! that we must understand.We noticed that lots of people were effected but our media never showed that maximum of them are cure now. Death rate is also just 1% and who are they!!!. Maximum are old people or week or already effected with other disease.So not to worry about that but yes we must take care ourselves from that like other Viral Diseases. I also collect some statistics about that.please see and try to understand.

If we see it we may understand the ratio of deaths. another statistics  shows the risk factors or CORONA!!.Its just like other viral diseases.
