Write a career as a physical training instructor

Lots of people wants to be a  Physical Training Instructor or Physical Trainer but they are worry about the future. They are confused  and always think that is it a right career or not!, How much they earn from this! like that.
So today I am going to write about this matter and try to solve everyone's query.

First of all one think we must understand that fitness model, bodybuilding and Physical Trainer are not same. As a Physical Trainer you must learn about the all aspects of Human Anatomy. Side by side you also know about Nutrition as well as Physio Therapy. It is not like starting a Gym with little knowledge and called yourself Physical Trainer.
After Bachelor Degree and Masters  you may call yourselves Physical Trainer. But If you already done that with other subjects then not to worry just go for CERTIFICATION courses from good Organization like ACE. After all this, you are ready to make your career . Now the question is on your mind that in which field you are going to join!. I will give you some ideas so lets start.

GYM TRAINER   With the proper Certification you may join any gym Internationally. They pick you and give you high salary.In INDIA like country ,day by day Gym culture is increasing but Certified Trainer is not present at every gym so its a great opportunity for you and with that you may trained personally also.If you are hired by established gym,there you find commission based system. Some times they paid you up to 40%.So it's a definitely good deal.

SPORTS TEAM      If you are not satisfied with your income then join sports team. They need a good Physical Trainer and if your degree is about sports and nutrition, they will picked you. And of course after that your income is just double. even you may join as a assistant also.

GYM OWNER      If you don't want to work with others just go for your OWN GYM. Its a great choice because you don't need any trainer.Lots of people are doing that. As a trainer you know your clients requirements and when they noticed that you know about what they want, they didn't leave you. After that your clients number also increased.
Well after point to point analysis I think you people who are interested about this profession are definitely happy and understand that your career is bright.

What is the major benefit of gym workouts compared to home exercise?

I am going to write about this topic because of its importance. See lots of people arguing about this matter so I think it's important to clarify.
Lots of matter are present which show that Gym workout is beneficial compared to home exercise. I am going to explain all that thing point to point.

MASS INVOLVEMENT      At home, we are doing our exercise alone so when you are starting your exercise, may be some day  with full energy you are doing that but after some day you will feel bored.on the other hand at Gym we see mass involvement which is very much important for exercise. one environment is created in Gym which one next to impossible at home. also you find moral support from others which is very much important for exercise.
I give you one example- If you are lifting heavyweight at home ,your confidence level is low for lack of support and for that you are not capable to cross your limit. But at gym you are not alone so you are always ready to cross your limits.

TRAINER        One of the most important part of Gym is Trainer, which is not possible at Home.
Everyone's goal is not same. someone wants mass, some one ripped or some other. Trainer according to that mantain routine, nutrition and of course change your lifestyle also. At the time of other exercise also same thing happening like Yoga,

I am here to suggest and make your routine, but without understanding body structure or diseases or nutrition style,how I make that. you people comment and contact with me.I am definitely going to solve ur problems free of cost. Still you people want trainer at the  time of exercise. Otherwise you will never understand the proper improvement of your body.

EQUIPMENTS      Another important part of Gym is Equipments,
which is not possible in  our home. To achieve our goals we must need equipments otherwise its take much time . At the time of old School also, they used large number of equipments with different types of weight. At home we may buy limited weights or barbell, maximum we can go for small equipments.But at gym just giving a monthly fees and one time membership fees, after that we are able to use various types of Equipments.

COMPETITION       If you are connected with gym, you are always aware about various types of competition and when you are compete with others, your determination level also increased. This thing's are only possible if you are connected with Gym. otherwise how you know that your body is suitable for which types of competition.

Does Green Coffee help with weight loss or it is just a myth?

Green Coffee! yes Now a days it's a known name for everyone. I choose this topic for the fake fact which is surrounding it and as well as us.

I am not going to explain the goodness of It because yes it is very much good for health. In Green Coffee Chlorogenic Acid  is highly present which is good for lower blood sugar and also reduced insulin spikes by reducing carbohydrate absorption in the digestive tract. Simply if we explain, without roasting which coffee bean we get, that one we called Green Coffee.

Now a days Green coffee is hugely use as a Fat Burner supplement which is totally myth. Not a single research prove it. In 2002 one Fench company first time focused Green coffee as a supplement. In 2012 Dr.Lindsey Duncan claimed that it is a fat burner but when his research was failed, Federal Trade Commission of America Fine against him 9 million Dollars. Now the question is, if this is not working then why lots of good supplement company sale it!. Answer is very simple that it's all about profit. They didn't bother about your health, they just collecting money nothing else.Even leading site examine.com also told that it is not proved about fat burner.Like maximum supplement it is also fake as a fat burner but yes you may use it as a anti oxidant. If I suggest , take roasted coffee which is cheaper than Green coffee with same benefit.
